All seed is sold on a No Return basis. Returns will be authorized only if there is an error by Rocky Mountain Seed Company when filling the order. Rocky Mountain Seed Company must be notified 5 business days of the receipt of the order. No returns will be accepted for credit without written authority from Rocky Mountain Seed Company. All of our seed is tested yearly for germination and every package is marked with the results. Rocky Mountain Seed Company guarantees arrival of orders in good condition as well as assures that our seeds are of good vitality and true to the name as written on the package. However, there are many other variables that influence the success and or failure of crops therefore we limit our liability in all instances to the purchase price of the seed.

High Plains Horticultureexplores the significant, civilizing role that horticulture has played in the development of farmsteads and rural and urban communities on the High Plains of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming, drawing on both the science and the application of science practiced since 1840. The Rocky Mountain Seed Company is featured in one of the books chapters.
John F. Feeman is the founder and president emeritus of the Wyoming Community Foundation, served as community development volunteer to Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal and continues as adviser to several small communities.
